FOOD INTERPRETATION
We have set aside a small area where we hope to help the consumer understand a little about farming and food production. In addition to being farmers ourselves our involvement in selling and serving good food leads us to believe we are ideally suited to bring together the food producer and consumer.
 
We hope by browsing round our small Food Interpretation Centre we can help instil a little understanding of and belief in this wonderful food industry we enjoy here in the North East. We gratefully acknowledge the help and support of our suppliers in this initiative.
