| PHOTOGRAPHIC EXHIBITION |
|
| The Midmar Photographic exhibition depicts the history of
Midmar in days gone by. It was originally the work of Midmar Community Heritage
and Theatre Project and was on view during May 1995. The Millers have pleasure
in giving the exhibition a permanent home and hope to encourage you to help
us put names and dates to some of our unknown photographs, and to lend us
any additional photographs for the exhibition. |
| |
| These photos have given a great many people a lot of pleasure,
and are contained in albums with a feature displayed on the walls each month.
We can scan and print all the photographs and do not need to keep any originals.
Grateful thanks are extended to everyone involved in the original project
and for their kind permission to give the exhibition a permanent home. |

| FOOD INTERPRETATION |
|
| We have set aside a small area where we hope to help the consumer
understand a little about farming and food production. In addition to being
farmers ourselves our involvement in selling and serving good food leads
us to believe we are ideally suited to bring together the food producer
and consumer. |
| |
| We hope by browsing round our small Food Interpretation Centre
we can help instil a little understanding of and belief in this wonderful
food industry we enjoy here in the North East. We gratefully acknowledge
the help and support of our suppliers in this initiative. |
